Irene has more than seven years of experience as a product manager working with multidisciplinary teams and implementing agile methodologies in companies across several industries and countries, from start-ups to corporations, most notably, Idealista and Fintonic.

Marina has accumulated over 15 years' experience in digital product teams. She began in software engineering, and after many years as a front-end and back-end programmer, she decided to make the leap to product manager. She has worked with a variety of products and businesses, such as Iberdrola and Ikea.

Alessia Casillo is both methodical and creative, a powerful combination that has made her an efficient and results-driven professional. Throughout her career, she has worked in business intelligence and marketing and has collaborated with major companies like Privalia and Airbnb.

She is currently a project manager at the architecture and design studio Lázaro Rosa Violán. Her day-to-day work consists of defining objectives, planning, organizing tasks, and evaluating projects to get them off the ground and turn ideas into reality.

Sophie Simmons is a Madrid-based project manager from the UK. She studied media and communications at university and also has a degree in e-commerce from Hyper Island. Having always enjoyed film and television, she started her career as an editor before discovering a passion for advertising and uncovering a natural ability for organization and project management.

Since then, Sophie has gained over a decade of experience in her field. She’s worked in cities around the world including Stockholm, San Francisco, and London, for brands including Lego, Burberry, L’Oréal, and Deliveroo.

Victor Niharra Fe is a product manager based in Galicia, Spain. He is passionate about leveraging technology to define and deliver new products. He enjoys leading international initiatives across different business areas to create the best customer experience.

Throughout his career, he’s worked with international companies like British Telecom, Amazon, Oracle, Inditex, and Shopify. During his time at Amazon, he started out as the product manager for the Kindle, and eventually made his way over to Prime Video. He helped develop the streaming service’s catalog infrastructure to support live events for the NFL, LaLiga, NBA, and others, as well as improve customer experiences with movies and series.

As a designer of product and service experiences and strategy, Silvia Calvet leads teams that work to get to know and understand users and then explore and design solutions that are relevant to people's lives.

He has had the opportunity to work with product companies such as HP, Onebox and King, and to collaborate with Google to help startups in the product and UX specialties.
