“In this lesson, I will start painting with first couple of washes. The first wash will be just applying color and we're going to build the tones on it. Don't forget, in the first wash, if you lose your lights, they will be gone forever. You won't be able to bring them back. So be careful. and keep the light areas light as possible. You can always come back and add more layers on it. but you cannot go back. I'm going to use this 2-inch brush to wet my paper. I normally don't wet my paper, but I want in this painting to have a really nice smooth gradient to build a depth. That's why I'm going...”
