Fernando Sica Minguillón is an illustrator and visual artist originally from Mexico City. He graduated from the Universidad Iberoamericana in 2008 and has since worked as a freelance illustrator on commercial, cultural, and personal projects. His practice encompasses both traditional and digital techniques, creating illustrations for magazines, album covers, posters, and visual identity.

In parallel, he is the creator of Rimiyoho, a light painting and live animation project that combines drawing, mapping, and technology to transform architectural and public spaces with "light graffiti." Using Tagtool and real-time projection, he transforms environments into digital canvases, collaborating with musicians to create immersive audiovisual experiences. His work has been presented at international festivals and venues, and he has collaborated with brands such as BMW, Porsche, Uber, Pepsi, Stella Artois, Nissan, Huawei, and Benetton.
